The operations dashboard for Sweet Spot Management

BizCtrl is an internal business-operations dashboard used by Sweet Spot Management and its retail stores in Saint Augustine, FL. It centralizes Square sales, Bill.com payments, ADT alarm status, Google Drive document access, and staff scheduling for owners and store managers. Access is limited to staff and managers we have explicitly authorized.

How BizCtrl uses Google services

BizCtrl connects to Google APIs only with the express consent of an account owner. We use Gmail (read-only) to detect incoming vendor invoices in a dedicated billing inbox, and Google Drive / Sheets to read and write only inside folders that have been explicitly shared with our service account.
